Our partners over at Bainbridgega said witnesses called police after they noticed the children attempting to get out of the car .
When Tyler returned, she was met by law enforcement who attempted to handcuff Tyler but she grabbed the officers handcuffs.
Officers said Tyler refused to provide they keys to the locked car and stated she didn't care if the children were taken into custody because they weren't hers anyway.
"We drove up and there was a child in the front seat of the car throwing food out the window the window was cracked about this much," said Bainbridge residence Rebecca.
Tyler is charged with reckless conduct among other charges.
