South Georgia deputies make an undercover drug bust seizing more than $30,000 worth of dope.
At about 3 p.m. Thursday, deputies intercepted a package containing 25 pounds of marijuana at 7 Lorene Lane in Nashville, says Berrien County Sheriff Anthony Heath.
Officers arrested Abigail Morales, Fernando Perez and Natasha Rodriguez, who are all from Tifton.
Investigators received a tip about the parcel from Fairfield, California. Then, sent a deputy dressed as a mailman to deliver the package.
"I'm a citizen and we have to take back our streets, you know, and our neighborhoods from these drug dealers," says Tommy Clark, of Nashville. "And they need to get 'em off the streets."
Morales, Perez and Rodriguez face charges of trafficking marijuana.
They're behind bars at the Berrien County jail.
