Georgia State Patrol says 22-year-old Clifford Padgett was driving south on Antioch Church Road just outside of Climax, Georgia Thursday (1/6) afternoon, when he rounded a corner too fast in his 2004 Hyundai Tiburon, hit a culvert, and flew 25 feet into the air.
They say he landed upside down on the front porch stairs of a home after hitting the back of the resident's pick-up truck.
Troopers on scene say Padgett was able to walk around and survey the damage to his car after the accident.
GSP says Padgett is charged with failure to wear a safety restraint and failure to maintain lane.
