Chickenpox Outbreak

Heath officials at the Southwest Health District say chickenpox is spread by respiratory droplets or by direct contact with the rash of an infected person.They say chickenpox outbreaks can last up to six months in school settings.

    I had the chicken pox when I was 15 years of age, and I caught it from someone at school. Anyway, I think there wasn't a vaccine for chicken pox back then, but there is one now.
