JONESBORO, Ga. (AP) -- A Clayton County juvenile court judge has
ordered a teenager to create a memorial to a toddler who died in a
hot van outside a Jonesboro day care center.
Authorities said 2-year-old Jazmin Green died June 20 after
being left in a hot van outside Marlo's Magnificent Early Learning
Center in Jonesboro after a field trip.

that Judge Steven Teske on Monday ordered the 16-year-old girl to
create a memorial to be displayed in a government location where it
