UPDATE 11/16 at 11:50 a.m. --

Last week, Dustin Friar, 26, was extradited to Georgia and denied bond by a magistrate judge.

Friar was arrested Tuesday night at his home in Houston County, Alabama, according to Mike Register, with the Berrien County Sheriff's Office.

Friar, who was convicted of stalking in September 2009, violated his probation by allegedly stalking the same woman three-months-ago.

Deputies say he then skipped town and settled in Hartford, Alabama.

Friar is charged with felony aggravated stalking and is awaiting extradition at the Houston County jail.
