At 10:13 a.m. Tuesday, Chadrick Turner, 39, turned himself in on a warrant accusing him of not paying child support, according to the Cook County Sheriff's Office.

Valdosta, Georgia - April 28, 2011

Investigators are looking for Chadrick Turner, 39, of 501 West Third Street in Adel, who escaped while working detail as a trustee for the City of Sparks around 1 p.m. Thursday, according to the Cook County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators say Turner was being held at the Cook County Jail for contempt of court.

Turner was arrested on April 15 for failing to pay child support.
