Public Safety officers say Reco Cochran placed a phone order with a Bainbridge florist in December 2010 and charged the amount to a card belonging to someone named Steven Scott.
They say Cochran had been arrested for 3 burglaries just days before (1/25) while using the Scott identity, and an employee at the shop recognized and reported the order when it came in.
Officers say the real owner of the card lives in Falls Church, Virginia, and had reported several other fraudulent charges in addition to the floral order.
BPS says Cochran will likely face additional fraud charges as the investigation unfolds.
