Lepoleon Seaberry, 22, Joseph Walker, 25, and Stephen Matthews, 29, are responsible for stealing tractor equipment, discs and scrap metals from a farm on Alapaha Lenox Road, according to Mike Register with the Berrien County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators say the suspects sold most of the equipment to a salvage yard in Tifton, and the rest will be returned to its owner.

Seaberry and Matthews, who're out on bond, are charged with burglary, stealing and trespassing.

Walker, who's at the Berrien County jail, is charged with the same offenses, plus having tools to commit the crime.

Nothing is safe anymore. I hope these thieves are prosecuted and spend 5 years behind bars for stealing. They are lucky they weren't tried in Saudi Arabia. They would lose their hands for this.
