Valdosta, Georgia - May 21, 2011
Downtown Valdosta Farm Days featured 23 vendors, a third more than two weeks ago.
There were a a range of wares from jams to flowers and produce, displayed around the lawn of the old Lowndes County Courthouse.
Many farmers say they sold out of most goods again.
"I love the farmer's market," says Kim Rowell, who was selling flowers at the market for Busby's Daylily Garden, of Quitman. "We really need something in this area to just come out and everyone can walk around. It's been a lot of fun meeting people, talking to everybody."
Downtwon Valdosta Farm Days will be going on every other Saturday through September from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
