ATLANTA (AP) -- The Georgia Department of Labor is planning to help an insurance company find bilingual insurance claims associates in the metro Atlanta area.
State labor officials said Thursday that the department will host a recruitment fair for State Farm Insurance Sept. 11 at the Georgia Department of Labor's North Metro Career Center.
Officials say applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish, and language tests will be administered to all applicants.
Labor officials say those who are 18 or older and have a high school diploma or GED are welcome to apply and at least one year of call center or customer service experience is preferred.
Applicants are asked to bring a resume and to be prepared to fill out an application.
