Gingrich: Presidential Announcement in Early May

Atlanta, GA (AP) - Newt Gingrich says if he runs for president he will likely announce in early May outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

The former House speaker outlined his plans on a conference call
Wednesday with former aides, according to people who were on the
call.

The participants declined to be identified because they were not
authorized to speak for Gingrich.

Gingrich said he has not made a final decision on whether he will seek the White House, but said he is clearly leaning toward running.

At an appearance last week in Atlanta, Gingrich said he's exploring a presidential bid but stopped short of forming an exploratory committee.

He conceded Wednesday that the announcement was mishandled and
said he expects to open a campaign office soon in his old home state of Georgia.

Go away Newt You are wasting our time and treasure. You had a chance as Speaker of the House. Like most republicians, you shot yourself in the foot. If you have extra cash, do something productive with it. Please stop wasting our time. Go away. Independent conservative.

Sounds more and more like he is planning on running. It has gotten to the point he has even determined where he will announce it.

Dear Newt: I will support you and your ideas 100% financially and at the polls. The sheriff in Wakulla will likely want a kick back for him to support you. I would recommend that you shun him and his support. He is on his way out and does not have new ideas except how to enrich his family or get out of a hit and run, defaulting on a 6 million dollar loan, DUI and the list goes on.
