Tuesday night, Bobby Henry Jr., 31, was arrested at 73 East Martin Luther King Jr., Avenue in Lakeland, according to Lanier County Sheriff Nick Norton.
Deputies say they seized a quarter-pound of marijuana, eight grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
A Chevrolet Tahoe was also towed from the residence.
Officers say as they approached Henry's home, he tried to run away.
Henry is charged with several offenses, including possession of cocaine, marijuana and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
Henry is behind bars at the Berrien County jail.
