People lined up as early as around seven o'clock Monday night.
Valdosta and Lowndes High School will hit the field Friday for what many residents are calling the biggest game of the season.
Some residents even played hooky from work trying to get their hands on the tickets... and they say it's exciting.
"Man, four o' clock this (Tuesday 10-5) morning, four o' clock this morning, it's been a long morning. I drank about three or four cups of coffee, and I am just anticipating and waiting, waiting to see a good game," said Kermit Chandler.
"I have been coming out to these games for the last 15 years, 15 years, yes. I have been a viking fan through when they weren't really good. So, I've been there for them through thick and then, down and out, haven't missed a game," said Dion Crenshaw.
Lowndes high has sold out of tickets. Valdosta High says they started selling and sold out of tickets Monday (10-4).
Kickoff for the Winnersville Classic is set for eight pm at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium.
