Lowndes County, Georgia --

According to Sheriff Chris Prine on Saturday, November 13 a citizen was driving south on Interstate 75 when a vehicle, being driven by a male unknown to her, pulled alongside of her vehicle. The vehicle did not pass but seemed to pace the citizen as they drove. The unknown male then exposed his genitalia to her as they both continued south.

The complainant immediately called 9-1-1 and relayed what she had seen and provided the 9-1-1 operator with a description of the vehicle and the male driver. The female complainant continued to follow the vehicle as she provided directions to the dispatcher. Deputy Roderick Johnson located the vehicle on Loch Laurel Road and performed a traffic stop. The driver, identified as Matthew David Boyd, was questioned and confessed to exposing himself as he drove on the highway. Boyd was arrested and transported to the Lowndes County Jail.

Boyd, who was born November 9, 1983, was charged with misdemeanor Public Indecency and has since been released on a $1,500.00 bond. Boyd provided a home address on Colin Kelly Highway, Madison, Florida.
