Law enforcement authorities believe that 8-year-old Relisha Tenau Rudd could be with Kahlil Malik Tatum, of the 2500 block of N Street in Southeast Washington, DC, and are seeking information about Tatum in connection with this investigation. Tatum is described as a black male, 5'7" and 170 pounds.
Tatum is believed to have ties to the Atlanta area.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the location and return of missing 8-year-old Relisha Tenau Rudd.
The FBI is offering a separate reward of up to $20,000 for information that leads to 51-year-old Tatum's arrest and indictment. On Tuesday, March 25, 2014, a federal warrant was filed for Tatum in Maryland for his Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution for the murder of his wife, 51-year-old Andrea Denise Tatum, also of N Street Southeast, Washington, D.C. The victim was discovered in a motel room in the 6100 block of Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, Maryland, on Thursday, March 20, 2014. The Prince George's County, Maryland, Police Department is also offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to Tatum's arrest and indictment.
KAHLIL TATUM IS CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
Ms. Rudd is 4'0", between 70-80 pounds, and she has brown hair and brown eyes.
