*** UPDATE 10-26-2010 ***
Atlanta, GA (AP) - Federal authorities have ordered the rapper T.I.
to report directly to a federal prison in Arkansas by Nov. 1 to
start serving his 11 month prison sentence.
U.S. Marshal Beverly Harvard on Tuesday ordered T.I., whose real
name is Clifford Harris Jr., to report to the Forrest City
low-security prison where he served parts of an ealier 10 month
stint for federal weapons charges.
A federal judge in Atlanta sentenced the rapper this month to
serve another 11 months in prison for breaking his federal
probation after he was arrested on Sept. 1 in Los Angeles on drug
charges.
Prosecutors in Los Angeles said Monday they will not file a
felony drug charge against the rapper.

Atlanta, GA (AP) - A spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office says a
federal judge has revoked T.I.'s probation and is sending the
rapper back to prison for 11 months.
The Atlanta native, whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., was
in federal court Friday in Atlanta following his arrest last month
in Los Angeles on suspicion of drug possession.
He was on probation after serving 10 months behind bars on
federal weapons charges.
T.I. begged the judge not to send him back to prison, saying he
needed to get help for drug addiction. He told the judge he
"screwed up" and pleaded for mercy.
U.S. attorney spokesman Patrick Crosby said T.I. will
voluntarily surrender. The Grammy Award-winning artist walked out
of court with family and friends.

He SHOULD be in jail but so should paris hilton and lindsey lohan and it shows how in L.A. stars get away with everything....never thought I would say this but if he was a cute white girl he would do 19 days in rehab! I have NEVER fell into that race thing but that is the first thing I thought when I read it...maybe justice in Atlanta is fair...I guess he should have got in trouble in L.A.!
