Bainbridge, GA- A shoplifting incident at Walmart, leads police to marijuana and methamphetamine
According to the incident report by Bainbridge Public Safety officials, 35-year-old Armando Garcia and 29-year-old Steve Garcia, both from Cairo, were caught shoplifting at the Walmart in Bainbridge Monday afternoon.
When police searched the men, they found a pistol, as well as a pill bottle filled with what appeared to be marijuana and methamphetamine
Both men are charged with shoplifting, obstruction of an officer, possession of marijuana and possession of meth with intent to distribute.
Steve Garcia was also charged with driving without a license.
Armando Garcia was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender probationer.
Both men remain at the Decatur County Jail.
