Bonified Self Defense IS NOT Murder , however someone who kills without a Justifiable need should be killed themselves , and the family billed for the cost of the execution. Swift Hard Justice.

Need understanding it might be more to the situation with your best friend and the person kill him. The judge had to see something else for him to let someone out on bond for killing someone. Was it self defense? You have to look at every case different.

Justice has been served....anyone who commits such a crime shouldn't be in society a day longer....Let the truth be told....crime begets crime, and sin begets sin!!!!!
