Thomasville Boys & Girls Club Names New CPO

The Boys and Girls Club in Thomasville has found a new Chief Professional Officer to run their operations

Arthur Allen was named CPO, taking over the vacant position held by Lee Wagner who was recently named Chief Executive to all Boys and Girls Clubs in Central Georgia. Allen comes to the Boys and Girls club with 30 years of experience working with other clubs in the region.

"He just brings a wealth of experience to us from other Boys & Girls clubs, and not only that but when you meet Art, you find out he has a true passion for working with children," said Gary Pitts, the Chief Volunteer Officer for the Thomasville Boys & Girls Club.

Kids at the Boys and Girls clubs on Friday, April 6th, got to interact with soccer players from Thomas University for a World Celebration Day. Allen will start to oversee projects like that one when he takes over April 23rd.
