They say a drug tip came in that Antonio Cody had been selling marijuana and cocaine, and when the 29-year-old arrived at his apartment agents moved in to arrest him.

The drug squad says Cody tried to run, but after a brief struggle he was taken into custody.

Agents say cocaine, marijuana, and almost two thousand dollars were found in Cody's pockets -- all while his sleeping infant was left alone in the car.

Cody faces multiple charges, including intent to distribute within one thousand feet of a park or school, and child cruelty.

I know the mother of the child, and she didn't know this was going on. The child is very loved and taking great care of by both mother and fathe. he made a stupid choice but is a great father, who learned his lesson.

Its sad when drugs are more importnt than your child(ren) are anymore. Where was the mother when all this was taking place. She should be responisble herself. Should never have left the baby alone with him to begin with knowing his activity.
