[Update] A Valdosta man is back home with his family after spending time in an Indian prison.

Jeff Worn's father says he came back to Valdosta over the weekend. He was in India on business for 'South Georgia Pecan'.

He was arrested for having hunting ammunition at the airport which he says he didn't realize was still in his bag from a previous hunting trip.

Worn was released from prison May 31st, but was told he would have to stay in the country another 30 days. Only one week later he went before the judge again and was allowed to go home.
