The city of Valdosta has put up garland and bows and holiday lights in its downtown district.
And to go along with that, city officials have unveiled their 18th edition Christmas Ornament.
Its sesquicentennial logo celebrates the city's 150th birthday.
"Each year we choose a different building to feature on our downtown ornament," said Ellen Hill, the program coordinator for Valdosta Main Street. "This year, we chose Valdosta City Hall because not only is it a focal point for our community, but it's also the 100th Anniversary of that building."
Valdosta's Christmas ornament can be purchased at the Main Street Office located on the first floor of the City Hall Annex, at 300 N. Lee Street.
The cost is $10 each.
