On Monday, police say C-Max Investments, a rental property business on South Patterson Street, notified them that over $800 dollars in cash was swiped from the business, according to Lt. Aaron Kirk, with the Valdosta Police Department.
The property manager says the suspect came in through the front door and stole the bank bag in the back office.
Some Valdosta renters say they're not surprised when crime strikes the south side of town.
"Because it's common over this way," said Dede Kiser, of Valdosta. "A lot of bad things happen. There's a lot of crime over on this side of town."
VPD says they have no suspects at this time.
They say the other two burglaries occurred at homes on Monroe Street and Almond Tree Place.
Electronics and jewelry were stolen in those cases.
