The Georgia State Patrol says the single-car crash was reported by drivers who told them someone was trapped in a car partially in the roadway on Highway 27 North.
Emergency responders say when they arrived, they found 28-year-old Jessica Inlow waiting in her badly-mangled vehicle for help, but that she was able to crawl out on her own.
GSP says Inlow lost control of her car and it tumbled down an embankment off the side of the road.
She was treated at the scene.
