VSU is now offering 24-hour dining for students.
The university offers seven different types of meal plans.
All freshmen who live on campus are required to have one but this is also helping to benefit some students who live off campus but get stuck at school studying.
"I think the dining hall being open 24 hours is definitely beneficial to students, there's times your in the library until 11 pm and you've completely missed dinner. I know people who get out of class at seven and it was never open and they've always wanted to eat dinner, said Dana McCallam."
VSU has also recently opened up a Moe's for students.
