Blazer Birthday
Students and staff came out to celebrate the mascot's Birthday Bash.
The band played happy birthday while folks sang along.
Blaze is known to get the campus fired up for a big game and Wednesday a few of VSU's cheerleaders showed their appreciation.
"Alright to celebrate our great mascots Blaze we're kicking off with a tenth year birthday bash. Blaze has so much spirit let's show him some appreciation. Happy Birthday Blaze! Happy Birthday!" said the cheerleaders.
There was cake, games and autographs from Blaze for all that attended.
