LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard says he saw her lawyer-boyfriend Howard K. Stern inject her with medications at
least five times.
Mo Brighthaupt testified Wednesday that he saw Smith injected with medications after her son Daniel's death in 2006.
He also testified that he saw one of the doctors, Khristina Eroshevich,
The bodyguard says he saw Eroshevich bring Smith a small bottle of a medicine that investigators found toxic traces of in Smith's body to the celebrity model in the Bahamas.
Brighthaupt's testimony came during a preliminary hearing.
A judge will decide at the end of the hearing whether Stern and two doctors should be tried on charges they conspired to illegally provide Smith with controlled substances before her drug-overdose death at age 39.
