TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Postal investigators say a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Postal Service is expected to change his not guilty plea in federal court this morning.
Darrell Gallagher had previously pleaded not guilty to destroying “address cards and circulars” last fall.
Willie Buck Jones, a former temporary postal employee, pleaded guilty last week to similar charges.
