Top Ten Worst Toys of 2009

With Holiday shopping starting right around the corner, you might want to pay attention to they toys that you purchase for your kids.

A Massachusetts based consumer group released its list of the 10 Worst Toys for 2009 on Wednesday.

World Against Toys Causing Harm, Inc. also known as "WATCH," compiled the list based on specific toy hazards that need to be looked for.

According to W.A.T.C.H, While chemicals and lead in toys are critical issues that have received much publicity recently, consumers should not overlook other types of hazards such as choking, strangulation, and impact injury hazards.

The toys that made this year's top 10 list are: Disney-Pixar Wall-E Foam Rocket Launcher, Moon Board Pogo Board, Curious Baby Curious George Counting - My First Book of Numbers, The Dark Knight Batman Figure, X-Men Origins Slashin' Action Wolverine, Lots to Love Babies- "Mini Nursery", Just Kidz Jr. Musical Instruments, CAT "Rugged mini", Pucci Pups Maltese and finally Spy Gear Viper-Blaster.

    Man things sure have changed over the past 20-30 years. Sorry but our parents didn't worry about little things like that and we turned out just fine! Just watch your kids, I know that can be hard to do but if you actully keep an eye on them then they will be just fine. Like the good 'ol days when parents we're so lazy and TV wasn't a babysitter. Anyone else remember those days?

    Thanks this help me to know what toys to buy for the holidays. They sound like great gifts and toys the kids would enjoy.
