A Tallahassee man is accused of selling drugs out of a home, just blocks from the FSU campus.
Neighbors say they suspected something and a tip to Crime Stoppers brought out the law.
First probation officers arrived at 802 Richmond Street, and then Tallahassee Police got a search warrant and discovered more than $800 worth of marijuana and a handgun stashed in the house.
"There was a significant amount (of marijuana) in a shoe box, obviously more than personal use, and the information they received is that he was actively selling drugs," said SGT David Ferrell.
Tallahassee Police arrested 23-year-old Shawn Bowick and charged him with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell it. According to the Department of Corrections, Bowick was already on probation for cocaine charges.
