A Tallahassee woman discovered a man unconscious in her driveway on Jennings Street, but by the time she could drive him to the hospital, he was already dead.

Deputies say the 23-year-old man inside was pronounced dead on arrival at 8:02 Tuesday morning. By late afternoon, the man was identified as 23-year-old David Kessler of Tallahassee. Colleagues confirm he's the son of Wakulla County Commissioner Howard Kessler.
Leon County Sheriff's Office spokesman Chris Chase says an autopsy showed no signs of foul play. Toxicology tests are still pending.
