Employee Admits Stealing Thousands From Wal-Mart

Tallahassee Police tell us they have evidence that 24-year-old James Mitchell stole thousands of dollars from the Wal-Mart on Apalachee Parkway where he worked.

Investigators seized video evidence showing Mitchell, a pharmacy technician, conducting fraudulent returns. Investigators also seized paperwork and receipts showing Mitchell's activity. Mitchell was arrested and interviewed at which time he admitted to conducting the fraudulent returns for about one year.

Investigators recovered thousands of dollars in merchandise from Mitchell's home.

He's charged with Grand Theft greater than $20,000, Money Laundering greater than $20,000 and Organized Scheme to defraud more than $20,000.

    that is why people even people who work in walmart make it bad for people who don't steal. the prices are going up because of them stealing.
