Dead Lottery Winner

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Abraham Shakespeare, the 43-year-old lottery winner who was missing for more than nine months, died from homicidal violence.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's detectives released that information about the Lakeland man's death on Tuesday.

Last Thursday, his body was found buried behind a home in eastern Hillsborough County.

Officials said a concrete slab had been poured atop his grave.

No arrests have been made in the case.

Shakespeare, of Lakeland, won $30 million in the Florida Lottery
in 2006.

He was last seen in April of 2009 and officials in Polk County -- where he was reported missing -- have long thought he was
murdered.
