OCALA, Fla. (AP) -- Wesley Snipes' attorney says another former juror from the actor's federal tax trial has come forward to suggest that jurors may not have acted properly.

Snipes' attorney filed a motion on Tuesday asking that he be allowed to interview the juror as well as another juror who sent the lawyer an unsolicited e-mail earlier suggesting jurors may not have behaved properly.

The first juror claimed that three other jurors had presumed Snipe's guilt.

Snipes was convicted in 2008 of three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns.

The 47-year-old is free on an appeals bond. However, federal prosecutors in Florida have asked a judge to revoke the bond and order Snipes to begin serving a three-year sentence.
