Budget-Friendly Filet Mignon with Spinach & Mushrooms

Chef's Requested Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon
1 Small Pack of Sliced Mushrooms
1 Large Pack of Raw, Fresh Spinach
1 Large Vidalia Onion, if desired
Sea Salt & Pepper
Minced Garlic & Garlic Powder
Extra Virgin Olice Oil (or oil of your choice)

Unpack the two (2) Filet's and add salt and pepper to taste. Lightly coat your pan with approximately 1/2 tsp. of EVOO, add 1/2-1 tsp. of Minced Garlic, and heat to a light sizzle (approximately medium heat).
Lightly coat a large skillet with EVOO, add minced garlic to the pan as desired, and put in the spinach, mushrooms, and onion. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Cover and let simmer until cooked to your desire. (I prefer mine VERY done!)
Turn Filet's until cooked to your desire (I like my medium-well, which takes approximately 10-12 minutes). If you want the bacon on the sides more done, turn the Fliet's on their sides and let it cook directly on the heat.
