WASHINGTON (AP) --
President Barack Obama takes a swipe at swag today as part of an effort to cut waste. He'll sign an executive order banning the coffee mugs, pens, T-shirts and other public relations articles that federal government agencies purchase with taxpayer money. The order also directs agencies to reduce travel spending, cut vehicle fleets and reduce cellphones and laptops issued to employees.
