Alma Jean Brown loved having her family up for the Thanksgiving holiday.
"We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was just so many people."
And one statement made to the family now has a whole new meaning.
Tashika Williams, a cousin, says, "She said until death do them part and I would never believe it was going to be that soon. I thought it was going to be another 50, 60 years that we was going to be, that we could laugh."
She was talking about Valerie Lynch, killed along with her husband and their four-month-old nephew Cabral Jackson when a northbound Toyota lost control, crossed the median and struck their Honda head-on near Vero Beach.
Alma Jean Brown, mother, says, "And I hope this don't happen to nobody else, but I know accidents happen. You can't avoid it."
Brown's other two children, Terry Jackson and Cerena Jackson, are now in critical condition. The family just prays they won't have any more bad news.
