Tallahassee police are on the hunt for a shooting suspect. It happened at the 1000 block of Bronough Street.
Neighbors heard about six gunshots and called 911. When police arrived they found a broken window and blood inside the apartment, but no suspect and no victim, putting into motion a massive manhunt.
LT Ken Bergstrom with the Tallahassee Police Department said, “We got assistance from the Leon County sheriff's helicopter to try to find the victim, but were not able to. A little bit later we did get a call from Tallahassee Memorial telling us there was a victim, multiple gunshot wounds being treated in the emergency room."
Authorities say the victim says he was just inside his apartment when a random shooter came by and fired shots inside, hitting him twice. The crime is still under investigation.
