A Tallahassee murder trail involving the shooting death of an FSU student wrapped up Saturday.
William Crumbie is charged with the murder of his friend, 23-year-old Robert Frazier.
Prosecutors contend Crumbie shot Frazier after he kicked him out of his White Drive apartment and changed the lock.
Yet after days of testimony, the jury was unable to agree on a verdict. The victim's family tells WCTV the prosecutor will seek a retrial.
A hearing to discuss trial dates is set for February 9 at 9 a.m.
