A fatal accident on Woodville Highway claimed the life of a Tallahassee man.
Authorities say 29-year-old James Story lost control of his car, slammed into a tree and overturned. Investigators are unsure what time the accident happened.
The Florida Highway Patrol says Story was discovered dead behind the wheel around 9 a.m. Sunday morning.
Officials say Story's wife came upon the wreck on her way to work Sunday morning.
"We were able to contact her mother, her sister and brother-in-law, so she has a good support group with her at this time," shared Trooper Michael Uzzell.
Troopers say James Story was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident. Family members tell us Story had just dropped of a relative around midnight and that was the last they had seen of him.
