The Tallahassee skyline continues its transformation with yet another groundbreaking.
It won't be long until we'll see a new crane high in the sky and another condo rise downtown.
You may have noticed the ground has been cleared next to Kleman Plaza. That's where the foundation is set to be poured for the "Plaza Tower." It will be 24 stories high and feature 202 units, half of which are already under contract.
The developers say it will be the largest condominium between Jacksonville and Pensacola. It’s expected to be complete in about 18 months.
