Halloween is still a few days away, but the ghosts and goblins are already out. Friday night the Tallahassee 25 put on their 8th annual haunted house.
This year's theme was “the haunted school house.” It took 30 volunteers three weeks to set up the haunted house, but they say it’s worth every minute of it.
"I like the thrill of the audience when they come in and they get all excited, and it’s just really awesome to see that we were able to make them so happy," said volunteer Maria Elena Defina.
The organization that put on the haunted house consists of all young professionals who volunteer year round to help children in the community.
