About 3,000 employees found it in their hearts to donate money towards hurricane relief efforts, but what started with just a few small donations ballooned into a six-figure check.
That's because the president and CEO of Tallahassee Memorial Hospital matched the donations gathered last Friday, and the final tally was $125, 525.
Mark O'Bryant, TMH President & CEO, says, “The money is important, but this is just an expression of what they do every day.”
O'Bryant says the money continues to trickle in. The latest tally is just shy of $128,000. All will be donated to the American Red Cross.
