New FEMA Director Speaks in Washington

President Bush selected Paulison to replace Michael Brown who resigned Monday.

Paulison saying FEMA's top priority is finding housing for people displaced by the storm and getting them the help they need.

He says now is not the time to focus on any failings in the relief effort.
