It took Tallahassee police, Leon County sheriff's deputies and Tallahassee firefighters 20 minutes to round up a donkey, which it turns out is named Sam.
Deputies detained the donkey and have been keeping him at their stables until his owner comes in to bail him out.
LT Linda Butler of the Leon County Sheriff's Office says, "One of the funny things we did with him, the sheriff has a big horse, Tennessee Walker; for a joke we took a picture of him (Sam) and took it to him saying when we washed him, when he dried, this is what happened."
Sam's owner, Bobby Lord, tells us he can't figure out how his donkey got loose. That's only for Sam to know!
