A maintenance worker at a Tallahassee apartment complex threatens to shoot a fellow employee, and then barricades himself inside an apartment.
It happened at the Casa Cordoba Apartments on Ocala Road. It all started with an argument between two maintenance workers. Police say one of the men, Eugene McClary, pointed a gun at his co-worker and threatened to shoot.
McClary was holed up in the apartment with a shotgun, and prompted police to call in the TAC team and evacuate several nearby apartments.
McClary surrendered peacefully soon afterward, and no one was hurt.
Police say McClary had been working at the apartment complex since August. He's been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
