While the nation is recognizing Adoption Awareness Month, more than 100 Tallahassee families will be celebrating International Adoption Day.
Four-year-old Grace became a part of the Kurowski family at 14 months of age. Her mom says when she visited a Chinese orphanage and saw the rows of abandoned babies, there was no other choice, but she says it's Grace who has blessed them.
Trish Kurowski says, “From a family perspective, she has completed us. She has completed us. She has given us far more than we have given her."
International Adoption Day is November 18. However, there will be an informational meeting on Chinese adoption Sunday afternoon at the Children's Home Society.
