The fate of Fallschase was to be the big discussion during Tuesday night's Leon County Commission meeting, but at the request of the developer and county staff.
It's rescheduled giving the public more time to go over the recently updated agreement.
Rick Bateman, attorney for Fallschase, says, “We have been working diligently since the last public hearing both with the county and the neighborhood associations to try to reach compromises to make the agreement more palatable to everyone involved."
Among the changes, Bateman says the developers have decreased the square footage of commercial and office space and have taken some of the homes off the lake.
A special County Commission meeting is set for December 6.
