Plans for next year's Springtime Tallahassee festival are in full swing. A press conference was held Wednesday morning to announce various partnerships with the parade.
More than 200,000 visitors are expected next year with TCC President Bill Law serving as the grand marshal.
Florida A&M University is also playing a new role.
"I've heard this year, the FSMU marching band is going to make its first appearance in the Springtime Tallahassee parade, so we look forward to that and the possibility that some band members will come and make grape stomping music at our grape stomping platform in the Chain of Parks, " says Chucha Barber, Executive Director of the Mary Brogan Museum.
The 38th Annual Springtime Tallahassee Parade is slated for Saturday, April 1.
